Madelaine Rose has won a number of awards for her work as an artist. Including the Drama Studies book prize from York University in 2015 for academic achievement and contribution to the program. She has performed on stages all over Southern Ontario, and the play she directed "Thank U, Ex!" has been mounted in Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, and made its international debut earlier this year in New York which was quickly followed by its run in Orlando! Her short film script, "Doomsday Daughters", co-written alongside Rosie Cosgrove, has won two awards at The White Pearl International Film Festival (2022) and The Black Swan International Film Festival (2022) for best short screenplay. Doomsday Daughters has also just completed post-production and has officially hit the festival circuit. Her short film "On Hold" which she starred in, directed, and produced, has been accepted into a number of festivals and has won an award for Best Micro Short. Works that she has created with The Boys Club Productions have picked up awards and nominations including "Social Witches" which took home the Spirit Award at the 2020 48 Hour Film Project Festival, Best Cast a the AltFF Alternative Film Festival (2020) and Best Comedy Short at the Accord Cine Fest (2020). Her most recent awards include Best Director at the AltFF Alternative Film Festival (2022) and the award for Women's Film from The Royal Society of Film and Television Awards for "Parent Teacher" (directed by Madelaine Rose, produced alongside The Boys Club Productions).
